Have you heard about one of the hottest women's boot styles this fall and winter season? The FiFlop boots have been all the rage over the last couple months for women looking for a leg up on their fitness routine this winter. FitFlops have been around for a couple years, becoming a very successful sandal choice because of all the health benefits they have. But now they have developed a stylish and versatile boots line that completes their goal of creating a footwear line for all seasons.
The boot collection of FitFlop is a great mix of styles that continue in the tradition of providing a healthy way to lose weight, improve muscle strength, while being gentle on the back and spine. The technology that credits these benefits is called Microwobbleboard technology to increase the time that your muscles are engaged every single time you take a step. This concept causes instability with every step which leg muscle activation with an end result of more toned muscles.
Here is the new styles for 2009/2010:
FitFlop Mukluk - This appears to be a very popular seller in the Frye boots collection. I can see why. It is extremely comfortable and is very versatile enough to wear with any outfit. Made with 100% double faced breathable sheepskin, these will keep you nice and cozy all winter long.
Inuk - This is a tall calf boot has that double-faced breathable sheepskin. It is a great looking boot that not only works the muscles, but also keeps your feet nice and dry with the water and stain resistant material.
Snugger - This is a retro looking moon boot type. This light pull on boot has a nylon/patent puffy-padded upper and faux fur lining.
Cost Information: Retail prices for the various FitFlop boots range from 4 for the Snugger, up to 9 for the FitFlop Inuk. Various merchants offer free shipping and some websites have specials from time to time that lowers the cost a bit. Regardless, they are well worth the investment.
Update:
FitFlop has announced several new styles of boots for 21. The styles are very exciting. They look cute and snuggly and will be a stylish addition to your wardrobe. The announcement of the new boots looks to only be available in England to start, but I assume they will be offered in the United States very soon as well.
